On 11th February 2025, the school hosted an insightful Workshop on Counterfeits for Class VII students, conducted by Vanshika Oberoi, an esteemed alumnus of the 2013 batch.

The workshop aimed to raise awareness about counterfeiting and its far-reaching impact on society. Vanshika Oberoi, with her expertise and engaging presentation style, educated students about the dangers of counterfeit products, their effect on the economy, and how to identify and avoid them.

Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, students learned about the importance of being vigilant consumers and the role they can play in preventing the spread of counterfeit goods. The session also highlighted the ethical and legal consequences associated with counterfeiting.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ Republic Day Celebration

The school celebrated Republic Day with pride and patriotism on 25th January 2025. The event was honored by the presence of Col. Amit Mehna, an esteemed Alumnus of the 1992 batch, who was invited as the Chief Guest.

The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the air with a sense of national pride. Col. Amit Mehna addressed the gathering, sharing his inspiring journey and emphasizing the values of discipline, dedication, and service to the nation.

Students from Classes 1 to 12 participated in various cultural programs, including patriotic dances, songs, and a skit depicting the significance of the Indian Constitution. The performances reflected the spirit of unity and the rich heritage of our country.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Col. Amit Mehna for his presence and to all the participants who made the celebration memorable and meaningful.

๐ŸŽค Visit by Stand-up Comedian Abish Mathew

On 23rd January 2025, the school was delighted to welcome Abish Mathew, an accomplished alumnus and a well-known stand-up comedian. His casual visit created an air of excitement and joy among the students and faculty alike.

During his visit, Abish Mathew took the time to reconnect with his former teachers, reminiscing about his school days and sharing heartwarming anecdotes. His presence sent waves of enthusiasm through the school as he engaged in a lively chit-chat session with the students.

Students were thrilled to interact with the celebrity comedian, who shared insights about his journey in the entertainment industry and the importance of following one’s passion. His humor and humility left a lasting impression on everyone present.

On 15th October 2024, the school hosted an exciting Football Match between the School Students’ Team and the Alumni Team. The match was played with great enthusiasm and energy, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement and sportsmanship.

Both teams displayed exceptional skill and teamwork, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. The event not only fostered a spirit of healthy competition but also strengthened the bond between current students and former alumni.

Alongside the football match, an engaging Table Tennis Match was also organized, where participants showcased their agility and precision. The matches highlighted the school’s commitment to promoting sports and physical fitness.

On 28th September 2024, a fun-filled Cricket Match was organized by the Alumni, bringing together former students and current school members for an exciting day of sports and camaraderie.

๐ŸŽญ Dramatics Workshop

On 14th August 2024, the school organized a Dramatics Workshop for students of Classes VIII and IX as part of the Independence Day celebrations. The workshop was conducted by Wamiq Zia, an esteemed Alumnus of the 2007 batch, who shared his expertise and passion for theater.

During the workshop, students were trained to present a powerful street play that highlighted themes of freedom, unity, and patriotism. Under Wamiq Ziaโ€™s guidance, participants learned essential theatrical techniques, including voice modulation, expressions, and stage presence.

The workshop not only enhanced the students’ acting skills but also deepened their understanding of India’s struggle for independence. The street play was later performed during the Independence Day event, leaving the audience inspired and proud.

The school celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit on 14th August 2024. The event was graced by Major Mohit Dhawan, an esteemed Alumnus of the 2008 batch, who was invited as the Chief Guest.

The ceremony began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by a heartfelt rendition of the National Anthem by the school choir. Major Mohit Dhawan inspired the students with an engaging speech, sharing his journey and the values of discipline, dedication, and service to the nation.

The celebration featured a variety of cultural performances, including patriotic songs, dances, and a special skit highlighting India’s struggle for freedom. Students from Grades 1 to 12 participated enthusiastically, showcasing their talent and love for the country.

๐Ÿง  Inter Class Quiz Competition

An Inter-Class Quiz Competition was conducted by our esteemed quiz masters, Rudroneel Ghosh (Alumnus, 2004) and Wasiq Zia (Alumnus, 2003).

Their expertise and engaging style made the competition both exciting and intellectually stimulating for all participants. The event brought together students from various classes, who showcased their knowledge and quick thinking across diverse topics. With a series of challenging questions and rapid-fire rounds, the competition fostered a spirit of healthy competition and curiosity among the participants. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Rudroneel Ghosh and Mr. Wasiq Zia for returning to their alma mater and inspiring our students through this dynamic and enriching event. We look forward to many more such interactive sessions in the future.
