Guiding the Path to Law: Session by Aeshna Dahiya

On 23rd April 2024, Class XII Humanities students had the privilege of attending an insightful session on pursuing a career in law. This session was conducted by Aeshna Dahiya, an accomplished alumnus from the 2005 batch, who shared her experiences and provided a comprehensive overview of the legal field. Her session aimed to inspire and guide students toward exploring diverse career paths in the legal profession.

During the session, Aeshna Dahiya elaborated on the educational pathways required to enter the legal sector, including the importance of pursuing a law degree and preparing for competitive examinations like CLAT. She also discussed the wide array of career opportunities available within the legal domain, from litigation and corporate law to judicial services and legal consultancy.

In addition to academic guidance, Aeshna emphasized the essential skills needed to thrive in the legal profession, such as critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and effective communication. She encouraged students to stay curious, develop a strong ethical foundation, and stay updated with current legal developments.
