Refund Policy

At Agnel Darpan e-commerce website, we are committed to providing high-quality services. This refund policy is applicable to services and solutions purchased online and any associated transactions for services and solutions provided online through our website:

1. Refund Eligibility

• • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
  • Event Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded as per the policy of the events organised by Agnel Darpan unless the even has been cancelled.
  • Special request can be made online to the Agnel Darpan Secretary on agnelfaaa@gmail.com

2. Refund Process

• • In case an event has been cancelled, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of payment
  • In all other cases, special requests where applicable may be made to agnelfaaa@gmail.com in writing.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• • Services already delivered or in progress of being delivered are non-refundable.
  • Event Tickets once sold are non-refundable.

4. Dispute Resolution

• • In case of disputes, clients may contact us directly at agnelfaaa@gmail.com to seek resolution.
